Two open living room spaces are furnished with comfortable couches and a large TVs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a farmhouse table that seats 10 and and large center island that seats 2 . Situated near Sombrero Beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming, snorkeling, picnicking and sun bathing and later watch the sunset from the patio or amazing tiki hut with outdoor kitchen. Newly built dock with approx 55 feet of dockage available for use on deep wide canal, bring your boat or rent one from many local companies and explore the beautiful tropic waters and sandbars. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Key West, the Dry Tortugas and the Turtle Hospital.

Summary: The house is amazing. The location is amazing. Everything was amazing! The house is a private oasis centrally located near everything you could want in the keys. Everything was beautiful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We have been coming to Marathon for 20 years and this was one of our favorite houses! Lovely pool and outdoor area, spent most of time out there. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Had a great trip with our family. We loved the pool, the many ice makers, the space and the location. It was great to have the dock for a boat and the beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities! Slept 10 of us.

Summary: This property is wonderful and had everything one could want. This possibly could be the best home we stayed in and we have rented 5 from VRBO in Marathon. Host was always available to answer questions, property manager lives across the street and was willing to go get us propane so we had some for Easter grilling. Kitchen was perfect, sleeping arrangements were perfect for a large group including kids. Outdoors is where this property shines. The pool was great, hot tub was perfect and the sitting area under the Tiki Hut was exceptional, especially at night to play some cards. The best part about the entire house is you are always 15 feet from fresh ice and a bathroom. There are 3 commercial/residential ice machines in the house, Kitchen, Downstairs bar and under the Tiki. Bathroom outside was invaluable for children. Thanks for the great opportunity and look forward to coming back.
